I require credit to be clearly written in an easy to see place, such as twitter bio or in your twitch panels, or any other site that is actively in use.

(Service Refusal) I have the right to refuse any project at any time.

(Client Responsibilities) The client is responsible for providing an Acceptable PSD, Providing a deadline for debut, and providing me with a list of expressions/toggles that they would like.

I will not message your artist for add-ons that you, the client, would like to be added on after discussing the rig/prices, I expect the psd file to be rig ready.

Please do not ask me to rig like "x Rigger." or "x Vtuber" I have my own rigging style and I do not imitate other styles. :(

(Showcasing) I reserve the right to showcase the commissioned work on my social media and for portfolio work as a sample of what I offer. Please let me know if you do not want me to post any details about your rig until debut/etc.

(NDA) The process will likely be posted i.e. on Twitter and/or streamed on Twitch or Youtube unless Clients request otherwise before project begins. A NDA or confidential commission status may be subject to a 10% USD Fee of the commisison.

(Selling) If you plan to sell your model, please let me and your artist be informed.

(Private Information) I will absolutely not share any personal information given to me. (irl names, email address, age, etc) I expect the same for any of my personal information.

(NFT) You are not permitted to use the model for profiting from or advertising for blockchain-related technology, cryptocurrency, NFTs, and related future inventions.

(AI art) No AI generated model art.

If you apply with an AI made model, both you and the artist will be blacklisted. AI = bad.

I will send you updates via google drive on progress throughout the project and make any adjustments/changes if necessary.

The Rigging process can take anywhere from around 2 weeks up to 3 months. please do not rush me. I will send updates. (video or if I have any delays due to health or irl reasons)

I do not accept "Rush fees" due to my inconstant schedule.

I will contact clients if there is any unexpected delays/health concerns.

Delivery of finished Work will be through Google Drive & Twitter DMs.

Payment via Paypal invoice only.

You must be of legal age to be responsible and pay for my services (18 years or older)

I can take payments full upfront, or in parts: (50% down payment, 50% upon final delivery.)

Once details are confirmed and the commission is ready to be accepted, I will send you an invoice for the payment via Paypal.

(Refunds) Absolutely no refunds or chargebacks. Any chargebacks will result in client blacklisting.

Full refund will be given if I'm unable to complete the work due to any personal reasons.

Refunds are not available after I start the rigging process.

(Tips) If the client appreciates my service and would like to send any tips, Paypal invoice will have tips enabled, or feel free to tip via my Ko-Fi page!
